Catsy's Object Lesson

So I try not to make the same mistake twice...Brandon Bannerman (Catsy) has yet another amazing scene he's created this time from the files of the Space Police. It seems that rouge cop Nigel MacGruder is leading the Jovian Fleet to plunder the Sol precinct.

Fantastic use of lighting in this scene, and do I see a new use of the BrickArms Brodie!

It seems Nigel and his gang will go to any lengths to keep order in the gang. That one bloke shot so close to the two men on the floor it seems they spilled their punch...

Check out more of Catsy's creations on his Flickr stream.

  1. Why is everyone getting this wrong lately? NPU stands for "Nice Part Usage", complimenting creativity rather than crediting for a "new" accomplishment (which it may well not be in many circumstances). It never has stood for "New Parts Usage", in fact that only started popping up less than a year ago by some kids who had no idea what they were talking about. Think about how it's used for a second: when you see someone note a pic on a flickr image with "NPU!" are they screaming "NEW PARTS USAGE" to the world for some reason, or are they complimenting the creator with essentially "Nice one!"?

Sorry for the rant, but it always pisses me off to see people use words or abbreviations incorrectly :P

  2. ^Huh, I always thought it was the other way around. I'll make the correction...
